Help Terrace RCMP Cram a Cruiser!
This year, Terrace RCMP is partnering with local grocery stores to cram police cruisers full of non perishable food items for charity.
- When: Saturday December 10, 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- Where: Safeway, Save On, and Wholesale Club
100 percent of donations will be shared between the Terrace Church’s Food Bank, Salvation Army, and Ksan Place. These organizations have expressed such gratitude for the upcoming event and will be able to put the donations to great use during the upcoming holiday season.
RCMP officers, Support Staff and their family members, along with local Sheriffs will be at each sight, accepting donations to "cram-a-cruiser" with donations of non perishable items as well as financial donations which will be delivered to the food banks following the event.
Some great ideas for items to donate include:
- Cereals
- Shelf stable milk
- Canned goods
- Canned vegetables/fruit
- Baby products (formula, baby food, diapers)
- Peanut butter
- Pastas/Sauce
- Rice
- Oats
- Canned Chicken/Turkey
Hope to see you there! Please stop by and say hello.
