Stolen mail, a purse and.... pepper spray?

Langley RCMP is seeking the assistance of the public with the following investigations:


Male alleged to have stolen mail from apartment complex

The pictured male is alleged to have stolen mail from the community mailboxes in a condominium building in Langley City on January 27th.the male is described as Caucasian, approximately 50-60 years old, slim build, 5’8, with blue eyes and he was wearing a black hoody, a blue medical mask and jeans. He was carrying a backpack.


Woman alleged to have stolen purse at Costco

The pictured female is alleged to have stolen a purse from an employee locker at the Langley Costco on January 30th.


Just prior to 3:00 a.m. on February 5th, a man working his paper route in south Langley observed sports card driving erratically in the area. He briefly followed the car and then stopped to make his delivery. It was then the sports car returned, the driver exited the vehicle and sprayed the newspaper delivery man with pepper spray. He then used an unknown object to smash the driver’s side window. The sportscar then fled north on 256th Street from 3rd Avenue.
