Arrest made in Pearson Place break and enter

A Kamloops man is facing charges following an overnight break and enter at a business yesterday.

On Wednesday June 9, 2021, Kamloops RCMP frontline officers responded to a report of a break and enter on the 1400-block of Pearson Place, which occurred sometime overnight. Surveillance footage provided a suspect image. Later that morning, police were advised that a man matching the suspect’s description was observed at the Aberdeen Mall. Officers attended and made an arrest.

Chadwick Robert Abram James, 35, of Kamloops, is charged with one count of break and enter and one count of possessing instruments for the purpose of breaking into a place. He was remanded in custody; his next court appearance scheduled for June 28.
